hey loves!!!
i promised myself ((& you all)) that i wasn't gonna be one of those who disappear after opening up a blog...& i have done the exact opposite. but you know what?! i've been pounding the pavement--i've been grindin' HARD!! today I do have 2 posts merged into 1--my fit & a photo shoot that my team designed, styled, organized, etc. ((they did have their own photographer though--Drew Ambrose who is also the guitar member of the band TASTING GRACE)).

the theme was "Alice in Wonderland"...here are some our behind the scenes, point & shoot camera, pics.
Bev was on make-up of course & as always she killed it. this beauty here is Elise Manuel & she played the part of the "Harajuku Mouse"
next we have Jenna G-love ((the lead singer of the group TASTING GRACE)) as the "Mad Hatter"...check me out holding that eyelash down--the most important job of the day
here we have Theresa as "the Queen of Hearts"
finally, we have Maggie as a not so innocent "Alice"
check out some more behind the scenes flicks-- but c have to credit where it is due first! Kris designed the dress that that the queen wore & did the styling of Alice. Everette Brothers produced the shoot and recruited all these beautiful ladies. and I did hair.
and now for some of the professional final product, true photographer shots...
and...
i have also decided to incorporate my look of the day! so quickly...i found the headband at Forever21 with my dynamic duo & i had to have it because it matched the skirt which i purchased ((also from Forever21 about a year prior but never wore)). the shoes are my Forever21 booties which have been featured before & the shirt is from H&M. i threw on some pearls & a big gaudy ring & neon orange nail polish to take away some of the innocence & simplicity. my wardrobe has been kinda limited since i've been crashing with the parentals but i think it came together pretty well.
