my daughter and i have a mother daughter day EVERY week on one of my days off.  it's completely about her and i and no one else (not even daddy).  last week we did a little shopping because the little one has out grown pretty much everything she owns and plus it's time to get ready for the upcoming changes in the weather.

here is my lady's outfit of the day... check her as she sips her pumkin spice (no coffee included) frappuccino.  i got this cloak out of the gap and i had to snatch it up ASAP

after shopping we hit the disney store for some princess fantasy fun... here she is in the princess castle posing, which she does so well LOL

and now instead of being a cowgirl for halloween she wants to be rapunzel... we'll see because that may change tomorrow.

my baby is laced in gap from head to toe (as usual) and i think she' wearing it quite well.  so that's all for now my loves! ta-ta!

so i love, love, love my bejeweled ballet flats from the gap.  i originally purchased to black ones a month or so back.  i secretly wanted the gray ones, but i couldn't bring myself to do it.  the gap had a 40% off sale like two weeks ago and of course i couldn't resist.  one of the best features of these shoes are that they are really cushioned! super comfortable to walk in.  i am so glad that i was able to find my size when they went on sale because i would've been quite distraught if i was forced to miss out on such a great deal!

how are you??  life here has been so hectic.   i mean with the holidays quickly approaching and work trying to consume my life, i haven't had time for anything!  i have been trying to spend as much free time as possible with my hubb and my princess.  so yes i have been neglecting you guys...but not maliciously.  so today to stop through to show you my kinda new--but not so new "do".  

a little camera play for y'all--don't mind surrounding clutter LOL i literally had just dropped my little one off to school ((an hour away!!)) and then drove back an hour to get dressed!

but anyway--lloyd and i went into stella*marina's for happy hour.  and no we didn't get twisted, we declined the wine and champagne.  but, it's a really nice italian restaurant on the jersey shore ((not snookie's jersey shore--mine!)).  the setting was gorgeous, there were a few things that i didn't really care for but they were too minor to even discuss.  well, this is what i wore from head to toe:

most of my shots were ridiculous because it was freezing out there! it showed all over my face and body LOL.  we both had fried calamari and decided to split some desserts; which were unbelievably delicious.  we chose the fruit tart and the tiramisu.

so i had to go to work and the baby had to go to school ((well she's not a baby and she only goes to daycare, but you get the point)).  she wanted to have her own photo shoot while i was taking my own pics and i think it's something that i'm going to do on the regular now!

so i have a quick outfit of the day that i wasn't gonna post until tomorrow ((sleep and wake up tomorrow...not 1am tomorrow)).  but it would NEVER get done! so i was supposed to wear purple today --the gay suicides awareness.  and i did, when i got to work i threw on a purple shirt.  i didn't remember until i was dressed and on my way out the door.

quickly, this was from ages ago. me, Bev and Lloyd went to atlantic city.  was just cleaning out the camera! so here was the outfit--very simple. a boyfriend button down shirt from the gap, a pair of polo jeans that i got acquainted with a pair of scissors, my "goodwill" purse, and some sandals from forever21.

this was how inexpensive the shirt was and i cannot wait for another major sale like this to occur again!

ok! soooo...i guess i have a lot of explaining to do.  a lot has changed--my partner is now an agent at mc2 modeling agency and it's been really hectic in my life at this moment! new job, deaths, illnesses, no more lap top, etc. i absolutely enjoy updating this blog and worldwide recognition isn't my objective!! i'm simply here to share my passions with you ((my readers)).  so i've taken on this blog as my OWN! this is my virtual baby...so with that being said--I'VE BEEN SHOPPING!!!

my absolute favorite color is royal blue so when i peeped this tee in the Gap ((especially at the price it was)) i could not resist! 

before i show off my OOTD i have a mini rant--my Target doesn't sell ELF products!! WTH!!?? i also went into Kohls to see if i could catch a deal/bargain like i've seen on many of those haul videos on YouTube...didn't happen for me.  im i in a shopaholic's twilight zone?  or maybe it's because of my neighborhood; i guess they think us folks must be rich LOL. 

anyway...the shirt was a great price! WAIT!  can y'all see that?!

it has a cute little button on the side of the sleeve ((which is cuffed))

the shirt also has a deep scooped crew neck & it inspired my bright blue eyes in MAC's "Satin" electric eel, which i don't usually get to wear that often

so this purchase was a good look

i wore my favorite gold Anne Klein flats that my husband got for me ((a great buy but i'm gonna be saying bye to them really soon))

i picked up a few, & i really mean few, NYX" products...1st i got another Jumbo Eye Pencil" in milk & please don't ask me what i was thinking...i got bold for a brief minute.  maybe i'll wanna be extra one day & throw this over my eye.  i got the "Loose Glitter Mania Eyeshadow" in hot link.  then i got the same product but an "Ultra Pearl Mania" in walnut pearl

DISCLAIMER: Now i'm not too ecstatic with the outcome of most of these pictures...i really shouldn't have taken most of them at the end of the day.  i went to the mall, i went home, i played on the trampoline for God knows how long...you catch my drift!

i hit the mall for a quick minute & checked out the Gap & what they had to offer ...PLEASE do yourselves a favor & go there.  they are giving away coupons galore!!  we used all 3 in 1 trip.

oh & i finally grew a pair & wore that hot pink lipstick i showed you all in the last entry ((my daughter eventually got a hold of it & now it's a wrap..said a prayer & threw it in the trash)). but that was all the make-up I wore..tinted moisturizer & powder to kill the shine

the only thing that was really unique about my fit today was my leggings.  like i've mentioned a few times before, i'm living out of duffel bags.  yet, with pants like these i really didn't need anything else

OK so i really did have somewhere important to go, but bad communications screwed that all up!  i hate to waste outfits & i really didn't go anywhere; i will be wearing these leggings again in a more ta-da fashion. TRUST!
